We are excited to share the latest results from our clinical trial on SQT® Biomicroneedling, which demonstrates outstanding improvements in skin hydration, elasticity, and overall appearance.
1. Ultrasound Examination:
The trial revealed a significant reduction in the echogenicity of the dermis by an average of 33.39%, indicating an increase in skin hydration and blood supply. Additionally, the dermis thickened by 8.1%, suggesting enhanced hydration. These results also suggest the beginning of neocollagenesis, a process that can last up to 90 days following the treatment series.
2. Multi-Spectral Skin Analysis:
Significant reduction of marionette lines, nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the eyes, and discoloration around the forehead.
Improved seboregulation and enhanced cleanliness of sebaceous glands in the nasal area.
Visible improvement in skin tone, reducing bruising and erythema around the eyes and cheeks.
3. Testing with Courage&Khazaka:
A reduction of pH by 0.53 was observed, improving the skin’s hydrolipid barrier, promoting better seboregulation, and supporting antibacterial effects.
TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss) was reduced by 6% after a series of treatments, indicating an improvement in the skin’s barrier function and an indirect improvement in skin hydration.
A remarkable 1.9% increase in epidermal hydration was noted after four treatments, most likely a result of enhanced barrier functions.
4.Anonymous Patient Satisfaction Assessment:
Patients rated their overall satisfaction with the treatment at an impressive 4.9 out of 5 on a five-point scale, showcasing the high level of effectiveness and positive outcomes of the SQT® Biomicroneedling treatment.
